@JacobSk92 @GigaBasedDad I went to private school my whole life .. still have major anxiety - it’s not always because of homeschool. Though my kids homeschool - they have church, best friends we try to hang out with often-
co-op with other homeschoolers and we will start sports this year

I can go to Jesus. I don’t need a priest to intercede on my behalf.

But I do not look to a certain denomination or institution to be an intercession between me and God. I do believe in the authority of the local church but not to say who is or isn’t saved or forgiven.

I think it means hell will never overcome the church and they church will thrive through persecution, not that the church will never teach heresy. I just feel like that is reaching at best.
