I open sourced higgsfield. All you have to do is provide your own api key. The templates and everything are provided.

Hi I'm Christian, I love 3d printing, cad design, claude and codex debates, local models, and exploring the absolute limits that I can achieve. Thats why I started LayerMaker, a client and customer focused brand built with a main focus in 3d printing while I explore different areas and avenues for local models like qwen and cloud based models like claude and sometimes codex (big emphasis on sometimes).

I believe that opensource is 100% the future of where software is moving. Companys are in for a huge wakeup call the moment everyone starts using ai to develop their own software. Software is eventually going to be spun up on the fly as needed and no longer will people have to pay for services monthly.

The REA repo on github is absolutley game changer. If you haven't tried it out yet you are 100% missing out.

Lets all agree to end the paid subscription era and start building open sourced software readily available to the world. I get growing your money and getting tons of money with ai. At what point do we call enough enough and start open sourcing everything to take down the top 10 powerhouse companies in the world today for technology. We are seeing it happen in real time with @get_artcraft and that entire area taking over adobe. Sure it has a long way to go, but for something built in a week compared to adobe after 35 years which is pure bloat we have a clear definitive option showing just how far we are able to push in todays world.

I would like to suggest and open up a community available to all things open source whether it be a discord community or something similar, but we as a community need to come together and start focusing on open source way more than what we have been doing. We have the most powerful models at our fingertips and we still pick to make thousands over giving free opensource.

I get it...money is nice lol.

Saas people, I'm sorry but the market is way to saturated these days and your product is going to fall into the long list of everyone building a saas.

I'm tired of spending money for services that should be readily available. Lets start putting the REA mcp to way more use than what we are seeing day to day and start busting out the company killers on github.

@ichelpark that's the plan. the transparency layer gets the subject cleanly separated first, then depth on top so the camera can move without the face sliding around. identity's mostly there, depth's the next piece

@ichelpark In a way yes. I’m building a full transparency layer so it can act as the camera in a way. That way the consistency is better and the template is able to see for itself rather than just relying on the reference.

I should say. I ran the rea mcp on a couple different paid options to get it as close as possible for a free version of the paid subscriptions

If you haven’t yet make sure to take a look at https://t.co/OHnye6pLST. It’s entirely free and open source running locally and on your own computer. Cloud based subscriptions make no sense ever to pay to talk. Take control of your own environment and build with parakeet locally. Parakeet ships natively while also have 2 other local models available for download with it. Record your meetings and have them saved locally, connect it to work with native Mac apps. Connect it to work with native windows apps, connect it to work with native Linux apps. Software is free, the tools are free, everything about mouthy is entirely available and ready for you to customize and change to how you work.
