Norway: didn't sell off their oil and gas, kept the profits and now have a sovereign wealth fund of £1.6 trillion.
Reform: ignore the fact that Thatcher sold off UK oil and gas, pretend it isn't sold by private companies on the global market and would have no impact energy prices.
Result: Reform get paid by people with links to fossil fuels and climate change denial to spread lies to gullible people.
@HLTCO Am delighted for you. I would add mind you that whilst I always have the memories, I am often reminded of the line. If I hadn’t seen such riches I could live with being poor!!
LAUGHABLE front page from The Express…
A newspaper that backs Reform whose leader and MPs voted against laws on:
Stalking
Harassment
Drink spiking
Upskirting
…and sharing intimate images without consent.
A pathetic excuse of a newspaper.
@campbellclaret@MarinaPurkiss The scariest thing and probably reflective of where we’re at, is the amount of people saying who cares, or the usual whataboutery.
🚨Tomorrow Tommy Robinson will march through the streets of London. He’s not the champion of the working class. He’s a grifter backed by millionaires and billionaires - incl Elon Musk. Let me refresh your memory 👇🏽 1/
I'm delighted for Nigel Farage. According to @nberpubs, Brexit gave our country a 6-8% reduction in GDP per capita, a 12-18% reduction in Investment & a 3-4% reduction in productivity. But it gave Nigel Farage a gift of £5millon. So that's alright.
@Gameday523 Deeney played for many years at the top level as an effective option, both stats wise and doing the dirty work for his team, Pukki never got near that certainly in the English game.
