Congrats to this legend on retirement. One of the best leaders the game has seen. I could not have asked for a better teammate to come into the league with and I’m proud of all our success together over the years.
Jonathan Toews is hanging up his skates. The Winnipeg Jets have scheduled an 11am CT press conference for Friday (tomorrow), where Toews will announce his retirement.
3 Cups. 1,149 career games. 912 points. 2010 Conn Smythe winner. 2013 Selke winner. 2015 Messier Awards. Great career.
Sad to hear about the passing of Stacey King.
A champion, a great teammate, and a true ambassador for the game. His impact on the Bulls organization and the city of Chicago will be remembered for generations. Rest in peace, King.
ESPN’s @nfldraftscout makes a BOLD prediction and says the Bears 2026 draft class will push Chicago over the top and into a Super Bowl in the future:
“The 2026 class will be the one that puts the Bears over the top and into a Super Bowl. Quarterback Caleb Williams is the main reason for the Bears’ success, but adding safety Dillon Thieneman and cornerback Malik Muhammad satisfies huge needs in the secondary, while center Logan Jones will be Williams’ new best friend and bodyguard.”

Jordan Van den Berg is a DT prospect in the 2026 draft class. He scored a 10.00 RAS out of a possible 10.00. This ranked 2 out of 2278 DT from 1987 to 2026.

Sam Roush seems like a good fit for Ben Johnson’s offense. A 6’6”, 260+ lb blocking TE with reliable hands & not fast but love his run after catch ability.., exactly the type of versatile weapon Johnson loves to scheme up mismatches with. Ben loves in 12 personnel doesn’t he? #Bears #NFLdraft
The Illinois House Revenue Committee just voted in favor of the Bears’ new stadium in Arlington Heights.
Now, if the state house also approves for the final step, the Bears are officially staying in Illinois long-term.
After leading the Bears to an 11-6 record, a NFC North title and a playoff win in Year 2, Caleb Williams isn’t satisfied and wants more:
“I want to be the best. I want to go win. I want to be a world champion, a Super Bowl champion. I want to be the best Bears quarterback, the best quarterback. So, my goals, that was a good stepping stone for me, but that wasn’t the last stepping stone. Being able to grow off of last year and be able to progress in ways that I want to. That last year wasn’t really anything. It was a good year, and we have many more good years coming.”
