@MBTA_CR not a very good choice for sizing the 6:30 out of Worcester. Train already full, people standing in the aisle and we still have two stops to pick up. Not sure who thought it was a good idea to have a 5 car with two doubles.

Great job with a late, absurdly small train for the Worcester ride this afternoon, @MBTA_CR seats all filled and still haven’t left south station.

@MBTA_CR Thank you. Not the usual crew for this train. The situation was in no way good for any of us but we support the crew.

@MBTA_CR just want to give some appreciation for the crew on the 4:00 from south station to Worcester. Had an issue in Framingham that delayed us a half hour or so (I stopped watching the clock) due to some unruly passenger threatening the crew. The crew was great.

Kept us informed of the situation and all passengers showed support for the crew when we got off the train. Great job.

@MBTA_CR great decision trying to load two trains worth of people into a smaller set than either would usually have. Three stations to go any and nowhere to put people who have been waiting for over an hour in the cold. Brilliant.
