Watched “Spider-Man: Brand New Day.” A lonely hero. A lonely Spidey. A lonely Peter Parker. It felt fresh, and I really enjoyed it. Until now, Spider-Man films have generally been grouped into self-contained trilogies. With each new iteration, the cast and creative team changed, allowing the franchise to reinvent itself for a new era. This time, however, while both the cast and the story continue from the previous film, everything has been reset. The film focuses on Peter, once again alone, and the loneliness and inner conflict that come with that. It can be seen both as the beginning of a new series and as a direct continuation of the last one. A very clever structure. In the age of social media and its immense power to amplify every opinion, striking the right balance between what filmmakers want to create and what audiences expect has become incredibly difficult. Genuine, heartfelt filmmaking is becoming increasingly challenging. Because of that, this is a film that puts the “Brand” in “Brand New Day” to the test, as part of a blockbuster franchise that simply cannot afford to fail. 🕷️
"Long story short, the world's in trouble, and has been for a while."
Take your first look at Final Fantasy VII Revelation, launching simultaneously on PlayStation 5, Nintendo Switch 2, Xbox Series X|S, Epic Games Store and Steam in Spring 2027.
Because all of these locations are unique and NOT copy pasted bandit camps with the same 3 puzzles repeated.
Also the in-game map does not look like this, Crimson Desert actually has you go out and exploring yourself without the need of the million markers on Valhalla’s map
Posted about this earlier and a lot of people are like "you're impressed with three model changes??" The point is the context of the game where this is some "assign rando away team to go do something for rewards" mission. Not only do they physically show up at the location, but they bothered to do this timelapse, which 99.999% of players will never see (most probably won't notice the statue at all). It's not technically impressive, it's bothering to be that detailed
This is Star Wars: Fate of the Old Republic, a single player narrative-driven action RPG and spiritual successor to Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic.
Working on KOTOR was a defining experience of my career. This is a dream come true for me and our team of incredible storytellers and game makers @ArcanautStudios.
Ahh so Bloomberg has a piece today claiming that they're the first to report Xbox is aiming for a 30% profit margin?
Inside Games is the only gaming news show brave enough to have reported that over a year ago.

Today, I turned 62 years old. I received many birthday messages, illustrations, etc. from all over the world. Thank you so much. I intend to continue creating things for as long as I live. My stance on "creation" is to “not overwork” and to "take it easy,” and I will continue to give it my all even after my 60’s. I will keep taking care of my health on a daily basis. Thank you for your continued support 🙏🙇🏻👍🫶😍🎬🎮

The moment where Geralt looks at the player and smiles was genuinely so heartwarming and comforting. Felt like a thank you and goodbye. It's nice to see a character get to rest and get a happy ending (my Geralt did). Can't imagine how impactful that was for W1 fans 😭 #Witcher3
I will answer this only once: I actually do think you should play Death Stranding 1. Do not depend on the in-game recap, it’s very fast and short on details.
I hesitate recommending watching a YouTube recap, because Death Stranding 1 is a game that sounds more confusing than it is. It does not benefit from being over explained. It’s actually an extremely simple story where the richness of the experience comes from embodying Sam Porter Bridges. It’s a video game, so you have to play it.
If you are really eager to get to DS2 without DS1, I actually don’t know any YouTube essay that adequately explains the story in a way that feels like it recaptures the experience of playing it. Perhaps watch more than one video: A straight story recap, and then a critical essay that tries its best to communicate that experience to you.
