This is properly insane: quite literally the worst example of censorship I've ever heard of anywhere.

I checked the actual ruling (which you can see here: https://t.co/dBKFWZ2ZWm) and, to be clear, it isn't just censorship in the conventional sense - blocking access to a website or removing content from platforms - this is the criminalization of information relayed by private citizens, with prison sentences attached.

And the most insane aspect if that it does NOT matter if the information relayed is accurate or not. It just matters that it originates from RT or other media outlets banned in the EU.

In other words, truth isn't a defense anymore in the EU, it literally doesn't matter. It's purely based on the identity of the speaker.

The ruling is actually explicit about this: the regulation, quoted by the Court says that the prohibition applies to "any content," and they draw no distinction based on what the content actually says. If it originates from banned outlets, it's banned.

It is, quite simply, a complete unraveling of the entire post-Enlightenment legal and philosophical project where entire generations of Europeans fought to move from "who says it" to "is it true" as the operative question.

Think about the absurdity of it: if RT publishes a video saying the sky is blue and you share it on a publicly accessible website in the EU, you'd fall within the scope of this ruling, making you liable to criminal prosecution.

Completely and utterly absurd. But that's the EU today for you 🤷

🇩🇪🔴 A migrant was awarded with German citizenship after stabbing this German comedian 5 times inside the Bremen central train station.

Nikita Miller expressed disbelief that the migrant who nearly killed him received German citizenship. Not only that, but he was released on the same night of the stabbing by the judge.

"Nothing has been done so far. The perpetrator was released the same night with the statement: 'He no longer poses any danger.'"

Miller told the court that he only survived because he successfully fought back during the random attack.

However, during the 20 second fight, Miller suffered 5 serious stab wounds, including a head stab wound that was 15 cm (6 inches) long and required 12 stitches.

The justice system argued that since the migrant did not kill Miller, he could not be charged with attempted murder and had his charge dropped to bodily harm.

The most incredible aspect of the case may be that Miller told German news outlet Express that the suspect was granted German citizenship despite the stabbing attack.

The suspect's nationality has never been released.

Since the incident, Miller has moved from Cologne to Norway, citing safety concerns in Germany and his struggle with the justice system.

He psychologically dealt with the knife attack through therapy, but could not stand the thought of something happening to his family.

"I thought, if something happens to my wife or my family and I have to struggle with this justice system again, I won’t survive it a second time. And then I said, 'We have to move.'"

German Defense Minister Boris Pistorius flew into Kiev today (May 11) and proudly announced it: Berlin and Kiev are launching fullscale joint production of long-range attack drones capable of striking up to 1,500 kilometers deep into Russia.

Look at the photo. From left to right: the Lyutyi (already hitting Russian oil refineries and airfields), the UJ-22 Airborne (used on Moscow), the Bober, and a jet-powered UAV — all proven weapons now getting German industrial backing, German money, and German engineering.

This isn’t “helping Ukraine defend itself.”
This is Germany actively building the infrastructure for a major European war against Russia while telling its citizens it’s just “humanitarian aid” and “defensive support.”

They’re long past hiding it anymore. Pistorius himself called it “deep strike” capabilities explicitly designed to hit Russian military and civilian economic infrastructure far behind the front lines. Joint ventures in Germany. Mass production. for thousands of drones with of millions of euros poured in.

Europe’s largest economy is fast becoming an official co-belligerent — manufacturing weapons on its own soil whose sole purpose is to kill Russians and escalate the conflict.

While Germany's establishment lecture their population about “peace” and “solidarity,” they’re loudly (no longer quietly) turning their country into a launchpad for wider war.
The mask is off.

Russia sees this clearly. The Russian people see it. And history will remember who lit the fuse.

The Special Military Operation continues. Russia didn’t start this. But she will finish it and on Russia's terms.

It took the German chancellor less than 24 hours to crawl on his knees and beg Donald Trump for forgiveness for having dared to tell the truth for once.

His FM, Wadephul, is currently kissing the ass of the Israeli FM, who recently publicly and viciously attacked the German ambassador to Israel for even mentioning Palestinians facing a literal pogrom. He is today declaring once again its unconditional solidarity with a government that is committing a genocide, is in parts wanted by the ICC, and is currently illegally invading yet another country -after dragging the whole world into the abyss with its failed attempt to destroy Iran.

Meanwhile, Germany is not only suffering economically due to its completely irrational confrontational course with Iran on behalf of Israel and the US -it is also further escalating a catastrophic war in Europe on behalf of the US (that doesn’t even care about that war anymore) against a country that not only made way for Germany’s reunification even after losing 27 million of its own people to stop Adolf Hitler, but is today essential for European energy supply as well as political and economic competitiveness.

It’s really astonishing to watch a country of so many of history’s great philosophers and scientists, and such great human potential, detach itself from all political nuance, international law, and reality itself -to join the axis of the world’s rogue states -at a time when both of those rogue nations are in complete decline.
