The police claimed Chioma jumped bail, but this isn't true. There's a document proving Chioma's lawyer appeared in court on her behalf because she hadn't been properly served.

The police even admitted they hadn't served her with the charge. Chioma's lawyer took steps to ensure Chioma's presence in court for the next hearing and her legal team also filed two pending applications.

According to the law, Chioma must be served with the charge before appearing in court (Section 382 (4) and (5) of the Administration of Criminal Justice Act).

Accusing Chioma of jumping bail without serving her properly is wrong and shameful from @FCT_PoliceNG @PoliceNG

South East Begins The Dredging Of Igbo Seaport In ABA, Abia State By Alex Otti

Abia To Get Seaport As Otti Performs Ground Breaking Ceremony. Abia Governor, Dr Alex Otti, has announced plans to establish a seaport in the state. The project which will be located in Owazza, Ụkwa East LGA Abia state. The Obidient governor made this announcement at the ongoing South-East Security Summit in Owerri, Imo state. He also announced that the flag off of the seaport will be done together with the Abia industrial and innovation park, located on over 1,000 hectares of land. It would host multiple layers of businesses including modular refineries and petrochemical and fertiliser plants. He also revealed several other chains of enterprises that would take advantage of the oil and gas deposits in Ukwa, nearness to Aba and Port Harcourt cities.
