@SouthwestAir and apparently we can’t even rent a car since you won’t release our checked bags. They are on the next flight out to LGB. So what happens if I don’t take that flight?? It’s Christmas and super frustrating when traveling with 2 young kids

We all had such a great time at our recent @wradv staff retreat in Santa Fe, New Mexico. So much to see and learn about the local culture, and we even got to take a field trip to the petroglyphs and the Los Golindrinas Living History Museum. 10 out of 10, would recommend!
