Here’s what we know so far about the two deaths in Lancaster, Pennsylvania that are widely being called “measles deaths:”

1. Governor Shapiro announced, “the first two measles-associated deaths in Pennsylvania in 35 years.”* This phrasing is important. He did not say “measles deaths” or “deaths from measles” which means the facts do not allow him to say that. And just as people can die with Covid, as opposed to from Covid, people can die with measles, as opposed to from measles.

2. While claiming that, “protecting the confidentiality of residents is a core responsibility of the Department of Health” and thus, “out of respect for their privacy, [the DOH] will not be releasing additional personal details,” as they’re “protecting people’s privacy and confidentiality,” they had no issue disclosing that the two individuals were supposedly unvaccinated which is, in fact, a medical and personal detail.

3. According to the County Commissioner, Joshua Parsons, as of August 25, 2026, “The Coroner’s office indicates that it currently has ZERO reported cases where measles is the immediate cause of death.”**

4. Most critically, if these two had died of measles, the Pennsylvania Governor and health department would no doubt have been blasting out that claim, instead of saying “measles-associated deaths” and “residents with measles have died.”

5. While jumping at any chance to hopefully pin a death on a disease for which there is a vaccine, these same officials don’t give a hoot about the children and adults across this country that are killed, injured, or left with a chronic disease from their worshipped vaccine products, no matter the number. The daily unrelenting flow of those contacting our firm about deaths and devastating injuries from vaccines are irrelevant to them. A maybe case, just hopeful case, that measles may have caused a death, that is all they care about even when all the facts are not in yet.

6. Ironically, Governor Shapiro preached that: “There’s real life consequences to spreading misinformation. There’s real life consequences to scaring people and not relying on actual doctors and actual medical professionals to provide unbiased information to parents…Sharing…misinformation does not help the cause of public health.” Yet, I have not seen the Governor or the Pennsylvania DOH correcting any of the media that is spreading misinformation, scaring people, and not relying on unbiased information in their reporting of these deaths as being “measles deaths” or “from measles.” These outlets include The New York Times, Reuters, The Guardian, USA Today, ABC News, Wall Street Journal, and many more.***

7. Governor Shapiro also identified another serious problem: “Measles has been so rare for so long that many doctors don’t know a lot about it” and explains that their DOH has had to “work[] to inform physicians of the symptoms so they can tell the difference between the rash that appears from measles and perhaps some other rash.” When vaccination becomes the sole answer, the quality of healthcare declines.

8. Perhaps the most important thing that Governor Shapiro said is something that everyone needs to remember and respect: “Parents absolutely have the right to make their own decisions on how to best protect their kids.”

The Amish are threatening a mass exodus from New York over the vaccine fight.

The Amish population in NY is around 25,000 people.

NY is insisting that their children receive between 24 and 27 jabs to attend school.

Governor Shapiro's unseemly rush to Lancaster County to convene a national press conference and his giddy delight in announcing two measles deaths was a morose commentary on the contemporary political dialogue. The performance was a replay of the Democrats' COVID playbook: fearmongering, misinformation, finger-pointing, and the weaponization of infectious disease fears for political gain.

The announcement appears to have been premature, and the deaths may even have been altogether fabricated by one of the Governor's hopeful staffers. The Lancaster County Coroner says that it has no record of any measles deaths. State law requires that all measles deaths be reported to the coroner.

Governor Shapiro shattered tradition and violated standard public health policy by refusing to share information with the County Health Department or CDC.

Since I have been in office, CDC has had a superb record of cooperation, information sharing, and professionalism with blue- and red-state governors and health officials. Those collaborations have resulted in effective control of the global measles outbreak in this country.

Governor Shapiro got his headlines. He correctly gambled that the slavish mainstream media would dutifully amplify his scolding without any effort to check his facts.

If Governor Shapiro & the democrats ever control all 3 branches of the Commonwealth,

they will introduce legislation to mandate vaccinations (even for the Amish).

Shapiro’s pals on the Supreme Court will rule in favor of the legislation.

The goal isn’t the health & well-being of Pennsylvanians — it will be for the purpose of trying to force the Amish out of PA.

The same way New York is forcing the Amish out of its state.

🚨“Measles Deaths” or “Measles-Associated”? Pennsylvania Coroner Contradicts Shapiro and the Media

Pennsylvania's Department of Health announced two "measles-associated" deaths. Lancaster County Commissioner @CommissionerJP contacted the county coroner's office directly and says there are zero reported cases in which measles was the immediate cause of death. One case involved a person who died with measles, not from it.

Lancaster County Coroner Dr. Stephen Diamantoni confirmed to Lancaster Online that his office has not handled any measles deaths. He's investigating one infant who tested positive for measles but died of a ruptured spleen. Diamantoni says the state's cases may have been handled outside his county, and that he isn't sure how officials are classifying them.

State officials have declined to release any further details, citing patient privacy, while simultaneously confirming the individuals were unvaccinated. The New York Times ran the headline "Two Unvaccinated People Died From Measles." AP, Reuters, PBS, and ABC News ran similar language. Commissioner Parsons says the public was given incorrect information, and that whoever held the press conference owes an accurate explanation.

Governor Shapiro used the announcement to criticize HHS Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. by name, and the two clashed directly, in person, before the press conference even began. Kennedy says he raised religious objections to the MMR vaccine over aborted fetal cell lines. Shapiro denied the claim on camera. Shapiro also couldn't name a single example of vaccine misinformation that Kennedy has spread when pressed directly.

New York is hitting Amish families with more than $118,000 in fines over vaccine requirements, and a federal appeals court just sided with the state again. 💉

These are Amish families living in their own communities, following religious beliefs and traditions they’ve practiced for generations. They’re not asking the government for anything. They just want to be left alone.

What makes this even crazier is that the 2019 measles outbreak that helped push New York to eliminate its religious exemption wasn’t even connected to these Amish communities.

Now these families are facing six-figure fines for refusing to go against their religious beliefs.
