The same thing that is being cried about right now will actually give Cardano another advantage over every other PoS blockchain. Transactions aren't getting blocked. No one loses Decentralization. It doesn't negatively effect Cardano at all. If anything it will actually open up Cardano to more people who would of been forced to sit out.🧘

This would be a tool that will allow people who live in the US to participate without fear of prosecution while still maintaining maximum decentralization for the Cardano Blockchain. Again this wouldn't effect the functionality of Cardano one bit and it does not effect users either. This would just be a tool specifically for stake pool operators who live in the United States to use. 💪

To go deeper into this philosophical conundrum I for one believe in freedom of business. With the freedom of business comes the right to protect yourself and your business. Most places have the right to deny service to anyone who is causing issues for their buisness. I don't think it is right for people to ruin somebody else's business (Stake Pool) because they don't have to follow the same rules that US residents have to. So yes I think giving SPOs the complete freedom and the ability to remain operating a Stake Pool if laws get more intense is a great option to have. This doesn't stop users from staking. It is only for US Stake Pool Operators who might end up being looked at as a business. 🤝

Everyone is getting what Charles said very wrong. He did NOT say that everybody is going to have to KYC to use Cardano. This issue is only for people who want to delegate to stake pool operators who are located in the United States. Because of the weird regulations that are coming stake pool operators in the United States will be forced to either move or shut down their operations.😱

This idea that Charles had wouldn't be a big change to Cardano. He said that there is a way to put information in the metadata of a transaction so when you delegate to a SPO located in the US they can verify and allow you to stake with them without breaking any laws! That's it! Nothing about the base layer of Cardano is changing and this will only make cardano more decentralized because more people are going to be able to actually participate without breaking the law.😏

I see a lot of people getting angry but I'm not seeing a lot of people really thinking this through. I also can think of ways that projects can use this to provide different communities more value and options to work with as well! Imagine a only NFT community Stake pool with high rewards or different types of ISPOs. I'm sure people will think of more cool creative ways to use this tool.👑

Oh yeah and it was just an idea. Not official lol I hope this made things more clear! Cardano is still going to be number #1 and to me this high level problem solving only makes me more bullish. If the SEC throws us a curve ball Cardano will still be ready where everyone else has no plans at all. Cardano!🌐♥️
