@Genetics56 In the Kentucky case Greg Sankey and SEC enter the lawsuit themself by sinning an affidavit in support of the NCAA. Then in week after the order they pass a new rule and interrupted an existing rule against the plaintiffs. The lawyers arguing that this is collusion.

@TheOnlySweeney Both times NCAA open the transfer portal. What diffence between to two. I know judge order to the NCAA open transfer portal. Nowhere in that rule does say for when you can transfer expect the transfer portal must be open.

@brettak04 @MattNorlander This rule is based on when the NCAA opens the transfer portal. The judge in this case order NCAA to open the transfer portal for Mitchell to enter. If SEC can’t explain the diffence to a judge between two then they can be in violation of their own by laws.
