Exciting to see innovative technologies driving clean energy.

We discussed the ENHANCE project, awarded €110M from the 🇪🇺 Innovation Fund, and the Kairos@C CCS initiative.

Het bedrijf Air Liquide wil in 2030 de jaarlijkse CO2-uitstoot met 1,05 megaton verminderen. Dat is vastgelegd in een intentieovereenkomst die vandaag is ondertekend door het bedrijf en de overheid.

As part of this project, Air Liquide intends to build and operate a unit of its innovative and proprietary Cryocap™ Oxy technology to capture and purify up to 95% of the CO2 generated from Holcim’s production unit in Obourg.

Air Liquide and @Holcim welcome the support from the European Innovation Fund to their joint project to decarbonize Holcim’s cement production plant under development in Belgium. This follows the Memorandum of Understanding signed by the two Groups in May.
