@thesheetztweetz @QuiltyAnalytics First Starship orbital flight will be with Raptor 2 engines, as they are much more capable & reliable. 230 ton or ~500k lb thrust at sea level.
We’ll have 39 flightworthy engines built by next month, then another month to integrate, so hopefully May for orbital flight test.
I calculate that the ISS spends 70 % of its time over the ocean; 4.1% over China; 3.0% over Australia; 2.8% over Russia; 1.4% over Kazakhstan; 1.4% over Canada; 1.4% over Brazil; 1.2% over Mongolia; 1.2% over the USA; 0.75% over Argentina; 0.59% over India and 0.57% Indonesia
Taking in the last sunset with @SpaceX Starship.
So grateful for these days of pixel arranging with friends. Already looking forward to the next full stack!
It’s hard to explain what it’s like to be on a beach in Texas & see the world’s largest rocket just standing there. And to watch the sun set behind it. Breathtaking doesn’t do it justice nor awe inspiring. Uncontrollable sense of pride and excitement, almost a hysteria of sorts.
