@KatiePMcGrady this is real hard to come by! I was in ministry in my parish for 15 years, couldn't change a thing because of older people steamrolling the priests. There are some brave priests who are willing to trad inch by inch, but it is so hard going.

@KatiePMcGrady I'm sure there are parishes that are improving, but in my experience the right combination of willing parishioners has to exist with a willing to listen and be brave enough to stand up the majority of parishioners of a certain age priest. In already decimated Catholic populations
