@Marriott is our go to brand for hotels. We have been gold/platinum members for over a decade. On a trip to Milwaukee we were charged for an extra night. We have proof of not being charged, but they slid it on my CC anyway. They refuse to refund. Considering brand alternatives.

The point is missed here - good people don’t call out the elderly like this. The only caveat is when they are politicians. Morally sound people show respect to a person’s end of life. It’s respect for them and for their loved ones caring for them. Not everyone should be fair game
