After the Knicks’ Game 2 NBA Finals victory, a suspect was already under control and being handcuffed under the supervision of an NYPD captain when a Community Affairs officer allegedly slammed the suspect’s head into a pole.
Incidents like this continue to occur under @NYPDPC Jessica Tisch’s leadership. While executives who admit to misconduct avoid suspension or prosecution, lawsuits continue to mount and NYC taxpayers are left footing the bill.
