Here is a portion of the letter relating to my Canada Disability Benefit. I didn’t have to do anything to have it renewed. So that was good. I get $4.20 more each month starting in July. #CDB #disability

Happy Mother’s Day to my beautiful Mom ❤️ I remember this day last year & wondering what was going to happen with her illness. I’m so grateful to have her with me today. After 8 months of chemo & immunotherapy she has stable mtnbc. Chemo has been stopped. On immunotherapy only.

Renewed my #DentalCarePlan online! Very easy to do this time with the account I now have with them. You have until June 1 to renew so there are no gaps in coverage. It never covers 100%, but it sure does help with costs. Had dental X-rays last month and everything is great 👍🏻 🦷

Planning on going to the group where I exercise tomorrow. It’s going to be so hard, but I need to move my body. Really hope it goes well for me. I am a bit anxious because it’s been many months since I did this type of exertion. Won’t be easy.

Had my regular doctor for my prescription refill. I will be sent to a genetic counsellor because of my mom having triple negative breast cancer. I need to get a mammogram and blood work soon 😩
My service dog was amazing as usual, and is doing well ❤️

Had my teeth cleaning and exam this week. Then a huge migraine followed. Today I still feeling it a bit. Hard week. I’m just so happy that my radiographs looked good without cavities or issues. One less thing to worry about. My service dog was excellent as usual during my visit🦷

Yay! For the first time in my life I filed my taxes electronically (NETFILE). I’ve always used the paper format. It was very easy to do & initial assessment was immediate. There are a lot of CRA certified software programs to use for this. I’m very pleased with the experience 👍🏻

Went to the pharmacy today for my refill. Got some Easter gifts 🐣 I’m glad I got it done because it’s really hard getting around. My service dog was perfect today. My next endeavour is completing my income tax return. #Disability

When I have to go to the store for something like my prescription refill I am exhausted afterward. I used to last longer, but recently it is more of a struggle. The pain in my knees, hips, and back is just awful. I know the at I’m highly stressed from stuff. Happy February!! ❤️

Took my mom to see some Christmas lights this evening. She has chemotherapy tomorrow so I thought it would be a nice thing to do. Every moment with her extra special ❤️ What a year we have had 😞
