60 male, came with complaints of shortness of breath since 1 hr and vomitings 2 episodes. ECG was fairly normal . Physical examination didn't reveal any obvious abnormalities. Collapsed after this xray. Any thoughts? @radiologistpage @ecgandrhythmRoe @Radiopaedia

There's a reason why there are stipulated working hours .As you've said yourself doctors are not someone out of this world. They are human beings not machines. If it's an emergency go see an available doctor.
