@AnyVan@AnyVan you tried to call me today to discuss the driversโ behaviour on the day of the move and my desired outcome. I have already clearly communicated both to you. They were disrespectful and unprofessional, they did not do the job and I want a refund.
The customer experience I had from @AnyVan yesterday was absolutely horrendous. I should have come here to read about other peopleโs experiences with them before booking.
@AnyVan@AnyVan I made a booking with you and got disrespected in my own home in addition to the job I paid for not being completed. You have not demonstrated any real desire to rectify this so at this point, I would like a refund.
