• HB 19-1129: counselors can only affirm a child’s gender confusion. They cannot help a child be comfortable in their biological sex

• HB 19-1032: mandates teaching of gender ideology in sex ed starting in 5th grade

• HB 19-1192: Mandates teaching of transgenderism starting in FIRST GRADE social studies (NO opt out)

• HB 23-1003: secret mental health screening of 6th -12th graders. Sends confused kids to STATE’s mental health network (Imatter) of trans-affirming counselors without parent knowledge or consent

• SB 23-188 thru 190: Established CO as child mutilation “sanctuary state.” No age distinction. If the child can get here, they can be mutilated

• HB 24-1039: mandates that all teachers MUST socially transition kids (and not tell parents)

• HB 24-1170: Mandates all foster families MUST affirm gender confused kids’ trans identities

• HB 24-1071: Allows “trans” felons to erase criminal history

• HB 25-1109: Mandates those who fill out death certificates MUST record incorrect sex of trans-identified people. Or else face 4 months in jail

• SB 25-129: Fortifies trans sanctuary state. Eliminates course of action for anyone harmed and prevents ANY investigation into the butchers

• HB 25-1312: Mandates ALL COLORADANS must adhere to anyone’s chosen name & pronouns (ie: you must call that man a woman) or else face 4 months in jail and up to $55K in fines for every use of correct-sex name or pronoun

• HB 25-1309: Forces insurance companies to cover ANY elective procedure that any trans person wants (nose job, boob job, skin tightening, hair implants, wrong-sex hormones.) No age distinction. Also made all Testosterone Rx’s untraceable. And! created tax-payer slush fund to account for federal Medicaid funds being cut off for this. YOU ARE ALL PAYING FOR CHILDREN’S SECRET WRONG-SEX HORMONES & SURGERIES.
