I’ve had my Flow for awhile. I’ll say, the Flow is really nice for outdoor shooting and keeping gas out of your face. That being said, for Indoor shooting even with earpro, it doesn’t really feel like you have a can on. I mean, there obviously is- but perception of noise is strange
