@gigaclear now completely washing your hands, saying at the end of Friday that someone needs to come out, which is what we have been saying since Wednesday morning. And no effort to make any amends.

@gigaclear now internet still not working, we know it’s an issue with our wall box, but the technical team just won’t listen. Less than one year with Gigaclear and about 5 weeks worth of outages. Very badly let down.

@gigaclear got an important medical exam to sit from home next Monday. Gigaclear internet goes offline on Wednesday. Had exact issue 2 months ago and needed engineer call-out, been saying this to your team and still, refuse to send engineer. (1)

@easyJet I have a car hire booked for 2-4th June. I need to edit it as a) there’s a one letter typo in the name and b) you cancelled our flight and moved it 4 hours earlier. I’m told I have to cancel and rebook for over £1000 for 2 days car hire?!?! How can it not be edited?

Working in the NHS stories. Parking spaces in the hospital don’t seem to account for space required to get out, and works everywhere blocking off spaces. Colleague today finds a space but end up having to get of her car through the boot #nhs #juniordoctor #histopathology
