Just witnessed the parasitic side of @ThaiAirways. Requested them to change a flight date for a medical situation, and in name of fare difference they are demanding more than what a new ticket would cost. Has anyone else faced the same?

1. Furniture multiple documents.
2. Pics of my baby with medical issue
3. Get multiple notes from doctors
4. Multiple hour long calls
And after that they decided to profit from my agony
