#ezpass has to have one of thee DUMBEST systems out. How does a $11 toll come with a $50 fee? And how do you send 3000 notifications about that $61 bill. Meanwhile, you charged my 2 axle van as a 6 AXLE vehicle and I can’t get that resolved. So, I was charged $64 for a $9 toll.

They didn’t even have the courtesy to remove the late charge. @Budget offered us $50 off, after our family trip was interrupted because of their failure to inspect their cars! I WILL NEVER RENT FROM @Budget again and you shouldn’t either!

We could not discuss discounts for the inconvenience until the bill posted. Which was today. And guess what, @Budget charged us for bringing the car back late, which only happen due to heavy traffic. And then they had the NERVE to offer us $50 off our bill for the inconvenience.

Rectify this situation, we are pleased with the vehicle. UNTIL, while driving home THE OIL LIGHT CAME ON!!!!!! I wish I was making this up! Though we were able to make it back to New York, we were annoyed with @Budget. So we dropped the vehicle back to Budget and was told (👉🏾👉🏾)

We finally get another vehicle from @Budget at @MCO. We specifically asked if the vehicle had enough oil because we had to go back to New York and they assured us that the oil was just changed and we were good. So after using our entire afternoon to (👉🏾👉🏾👉🏾)

(Cont’). So after going to 2 different locations, for them NOT to have cars, after being told by a @Budget rep that he “guaranteed” they would have a car. We eventually had to drive a hour and a half to the airport to get a new vehicle. ALL WHILE ON FAMILY VACATION!

(Cont’d) the oil light comes on and we weren’t even half way there. Fast forward, we get to Orlando and we contact @Budget. We were told by a Budget rep that “They didn’t know why they gave us that vehicle because it needed an oil change before they gave it to us”. (👉🏾👉🏾👉🏾)

On last Sunday, I rented a SUV from the budget rental car @LGAairport. I needed a vehicle as my family prepared to travel to #florida. We were given a vehicle and that night we left for our trip. While driving from New York to Orlando, (see next tweet)
