@johntrified Actually they should redevelop the NYCHA housing with higher density allowing not only much more aesthetic architecture but also more people living in those areas while preserving current residents’ situations.
Plus Hasids would just take over any NYCHA in their neighborhood.

@wvistheduck There’s no upside for tolerating anti-social behavior on public transit.
People don’t want to get harassed by criminals or the mentally ill and will take the rare chance of a car accident over it (especially since anti-social behavior can escalate to injuries / death)

@Pardon_Me_Again My granddad bought a house in Queens for 8k in the 1958 aka ~90k in today’s money
That house is now worth about 900k so 10x the inflation rate
