@TasteAtlas 1- France employs chefs at school, not lunch ladies. 2- Lunch is treated like a class for young ones and they are taught to eat properly and try things. 3- USA gives 30 mins for kids to eat so they shovel in fries. 1-2 hours in France means they can really have a meal

@FromTeachrsDesk Add parent responsibility clauses to the IEP and this will change. Include things like daily read-alouds at home, monitoring screen time, and enforcing bed time. Parents *must* take some onus in the child’s education
