This story is all too familiar! Maybe @CNN can contact @British_Airways for me since I have the same story and had to go without my luggage for two weeks in Scotland! Submitted every receipt and still haven’t been reimbursed or heard a word from them!

@British_Airways Did you even read what I posted? I got my bag back after my two week trip. BA never found it despite me telling BA where it was the whole time since I had an AirTag. I am now trying to get reimbursed for my expenses for the two weeks I was without my bag!

I knew my bag was at CVG the entire time I was gone thanks to my AirTag. Contacted British Airways multiple times to tell them where my bag was and nothing was ever done. Had to eventually get it back after my trip where no one at CVG had any idea it was ever missing.

Hi Letty… I know where my bag is bc it’s airtagged it’s still at the gate at CVG and didn’t get on last nights flight again. I wasn’t provided tracing because no BA workers were at INV but we filed another claim online so have one now. Zero status update on there bc (1 of 2)

@British_Airways @British_Airways yes I can see there is no update because there is no way for me to report on there the location of my bag that I can see on my AirTag!! How can that info be passed on to BA at CVG because they clearly don’t know or they would have put in on the next flight

@British_Airways another awful experience on your new CVG-LHR flight.. my airtagged bag sat next to our plane and didn’t get loaded w the rest of our party. LHR confirms yes it wasn’t on the plane; but INV (our final destination) will help. INV doesn’t have a single BA employee..

@British_Airways @British_Airways hi Claire I can see via AirTag my suitcase is still at the same gate I flew out of at CVG two days ago by I have no way to contact any BA workers at CVG. There was another flight CVG-LHR last night and my suitcase wasn’t on it again. I need to reach BA at CVG!

The workers at CVG have no idea my bag is there bc I HAVE NO WAY TO TELL THEM there’s no one to call anywhere!! This is a disaster. I can see my bag has his sitting next to my gate at CVG for two days right next to where our other bags got on our flight!
