@British_Airways more bad publicity for your new CVG-LHR flight.. wife’s airtagged bag sat next to our plane and didn’t get loaded with the rest of our party. LHR says yep it didn’t come but INV (our final destination) will help. INV doesn’t have a single BA employee at INV (1/2)
