@Burrows4TX @RepMattSchaefer Appraisal caps do nothing but push rates higher. BUDGETS are the key to controlling property taxes. The whole system is upended if we don’t assess accurately. Values are what they are. Compression+Homestead increase is the correct approach. This time, the Senate is correct.
