Achieving more with less!

With just 3-days left until the end of the year, it is clear 2024 was a "turning point" for the worse for the "2nd Army." Preliminary figures of Russia's personnel losses eclipse those of the two prior years forcing them to introduce foreign army forces to fill the gap. It also shows how Russia's losses of equipment and the delivery of advanced NATO weapons systems have changed Russia's strategy and strategic goals for the war.

AFU reported Russian losses from January 1, 2024 to January 27, 2024 rounded to the nearest 100 compared to total

- Casualties (KIA and WIA) in 2024 (to date) are 423,400 versus 360,820 the prior two years. This is a reflection of Russia's abandonment of a modern combined arms strategy in lieu their historic doctrine of massed artillery supported infantry assaults due to massive losses of armor and their inability to establish air superiority over the battle space. It important to note that the proliferation of anti-armor UAV's is one of the leading drivers in this evolution.

- Armor (tanks and APC's/IFV's) losses in 2024 (to date) are 21,800 versus 19,631 the prior two years. This is a direct result of the AFU's development and proliferation of more effective FPV and loitering anti-armor UAV's and Russia's inability to establish air superiority over the battle space. It also reflects the Russia's heavier reliance on older Soviet armor due to heavy losses of their more modern equipment.

- Artillery (Barrel) losses in 2024 (to date) are 12,900 versus 8,531 the prior two years. This is the direct result of Ukraine receiving more advanced and longer range NATO artillery systems and counter-battery radars as well as western training of crews and the proliferation of UAV's.

- Air defense system losses in 2024 (to date) are 400 versus 626 the prior two years. The increase in volume can be attributed to Ukraine receiving long-range missile systems (ATACMs and Storm Shadow/SCALP EF) as well as advance reconnaissance UAV's and other assets.

- Aircraft (all) losses in 2024 (to date) are 45 versus 653 the prior two years. This can be attributed Ukraine receiving several advance NATO air defense systems and long-range missile systems (ATACMs and Storm Shadow/SCALP EF) and a belated change in tactics after Russia's realization that they were not going to achieve any level of air supperity in the battlespace.

- UAVs (Shahed -type) losses in 2024 (to date) are 14,300 versus 6,710 the prior two years. The large increase in volume can be attributed to Russia's ability to increase domestic production of the weapon and their strategy of destroying mostly civilian power and heating infrastructure in an effort to undermine civilian moral. Also, Ukraines high level of success in destroying these weapons can be attributed to their development of novel drone tracking technologies and the proliferation of mobile air defense units.

- Ship/boat losses in 2024 (to date) are 5 versus 23 the prior two years. In fact, Ukraine has been alble to force the Black Sea Fleet to evacuate Crimea (Sevastopol) and relocated to naval bases in Russia. This notable and monumental achievement can be credited to Ukraine's use of maritime drones (USV's), long-range weapons such as Neptune, ATACMs and Storm Shadow/SCALP, EF as well as long-range UAV's.

- Transport (Logistics) vehicle losses in 2024 (to date) are 21,000 versus 11,365 the prior two years. This is also a direct result of the AFU's development and proliferation of more effective FPV and loitering anti-armor UAV's.

1. 2⃣ Cadex Defence CDX-40 rifles in 375 caliber with a barrel length of 29 inches for $12,000 each.

2. Cadex Defence CDX-40 rifle in 375 caliber with a barrel length of 32 inches for a price of $12,000.

Cadex rifles are already in Kyiv, the paperwork will be completed soon, and we will be able to buy them.

3. 4⃣ spare barrels for Cadex rifles in 375 caliber, we will be able to re-equip those of our rifles that are already running out of life – 500,000 UAH ($12,000) are needed.
Let me remind you that barrels are a great rarity, as they can only be imported with rifles. So we cannot miss this opportunity.

This is a super project, we have snipers who dream of these rifles! These snipers are some of the most trained, have already fought with 375 caliber rifles, will fight with new Cadexes on a very hot section of the front!

Strategic needs for all snipers:

1. 10,000 375 caliber bullets as a reserve for February 2025 - this is 21,000 euros.

2. We have already run out of 338 caliber bullets, we need to buy at least 5,000 urgently, the same amount by the end of the year, this is 15,000 euros.

3. We need several types of gunpowder in total for 5,000 euros.

As you can see, we are facing huge tasks and, frankly, we are at a loss, since all this can only be bought by a miracle.
But we hope for a miracle!
