@MindMatterMoney Discipline and routine with occasional ‘blow outs’ brings out the best version of one’s self. Also, finding out what makes you happy and doing it more often than tolerating the people and pretences that add no value to your wellbeing is another key to contentment.

@JimSpenceDundee#physical literacy. It starts at home with the parents setting good examples with diet and exercise and an affinity for sport. It’s been eroded away from our culture over the past 30-40 years.
