I strongly condemn the unilateral statement issued by the @IGADsecretariat regarding Ethiopia's interference in Somalia's independence and territorial integrity. It is important to recognize Somalia's sovereignty and respect its territorial integrity. We consider this statement unacceptable.

We have made great strides in our state-building process, from lifting the arms embargo to reaching the HIPC milestone of debt relief and increasing our budget to $1 billion. We have also made progress in tracking climate change, as we were present very strongly at the #COP28, which is in the final stage, where we achieved several achievements in our efforts to reduce the loss and damage of the climate crisis, including the throughs, floods, and desertifications. Together, we can rebuild our state and implement institutional reforms. #Somalia #Statebuilding
