We don't need your personal phone number or account details at all! 📱

As for the phone itself: you ONLY need a SIM card inserted into the device if you want to make standard 4G phone calls and SMS over a mobile network (and Fonus SIMs work fine!). Without a SIM card, the MAKERphone still works 100% for games, Wi-Fi apps, and custom coding!
