Planting season is around the corner, and we are making it easier for farmers to access subsidized fertilizer. Today, we delivered 600 bags to cooperative societies in Nyota Ward, Kuresoi North. This new approach, using farmer cooperatives as collection centers, will enhance accessibility and efficiency. By bringing fertilizer closer to farmers, we are reducing transport costs and ensuring timely preparations for the long rains.
My administration remains committed to supporting agriculture by providing essential farm inputs to boost productivity and improve livelihoods.

Visiting over 800 families displaced by the flash floods in Lenginet, Visoi Ward, Rongai Sub-County, who have been displaced by floods with the County Commisioner and area MCA Hon Chemu.
The heavy rains have resulted in extensive damage to crops and infrastructure, including bridges. I gathered information from residents about how their livelihoods have been badly impacted by the heavy rains.
Efforts are underway by my government to provide farmers with seeds for short-term crops and fertilizer to offset the losses from the damaged crops. Additionally, various projects are being implemented in the Sub-county, including initiatives to improve access to clean and safe drinking water, healthcare services, and road infrastructure, among others. It's my resolve that the County Government of Nakuru will walk with its citizens through this flooding menace.

This stadium was only 31 percent complete when Governor Susan Kihika took over, now almost complete. The Governor has also promised Faith Kipyegon that Kirenget Stadium will be rehabilitated at Kshs and with approval from Nakuru County Assembly, named Faith Kipyegon Stadium.
