A man is in police custody for quoting scripture and expounding on it.

And Kan Maiyo is absolutely right.

Kenyans are tired and might harm unknown abductors.

We have repeated it time without number that:

"summon people for interrogation and abductions must end in Kenya."

A summon is safe for the person being summoned and for the police because people can not just sit around being abducted forever - is all Maiyo is saying.

Basically, and true, watu wamechoka na wamefika mwisho.

They might harm the abductor.

Maiyo is prophesying what might happen.

He did not actively incite anyone to take arms.

Romans 12:19 says what Maiyo said.

"Do not take revenge, my dear friends, but leave room for God’s wrath, for it is written: “It is mine to avenge; I will repay,”[a] says the Lord." ⚖️

DCI went for Rose Njeri. Kept her in the cold for 4 days when they didn't have anything to charge her with.

They have now arrested Kan Maiyo with nothing to charge him with.
