@sclaph @AnthonyDiComo They can certainly do it but that doesn't make it right. I'm a Mets fan first and always root for my team to win. Pete was a great Met but he's not here anymore. Those "fans" who cheered that home run tonight embarrassed us all tonight.

@BillBogler @TheMetsX We obviously have different opinions on Gary. I haven't heard this talk about Gary slipping aside from a few outliers here on Mets twitter so the majority tend to see it as I do that Gary is one of the top announcers in MLB.

@TheMetsX I watch every game and have done so for years. I also watch other MLB games and would not take another play by play announcer over Gary. We as Mets fans can never have anything nice. Complaining about the best booth in baseball is asinine.
