@BritishGasHelp I've been told I may have to wait 45 minutes on hold!!! to speak to someone and that's if they don't pick up n put down without saying a word. Happened a few times being cut off. I've been trying since Friday. Oh and your app is useless,it doesn't work here.

@BritishGasHelp phoned British Gas twice and both times they cut me off... " here to help"?? Not professional in the least. They can listen to the recording if they want too. I wont hold my breath for a call back..

@piersmorgan If she goes there and they all stay there together till it's safe for them to leave, then it shouldn't be a problem. Maybe her mum was on her own and she'd passed the incubation period. ie showed no signs of the virus.
