@4uramusment @FaulMc3 @1drcole DEI allows blacks to experience what they otherwise couldn't due to segregation, stigmas and slavery in the past, which we can't escape. The only way we can move forward as a country is by allowing all people to be equally educated, or at least given the means to it.

I'm saying with historical struggles (Such as Racism, and segregation) they haven't been alotted proper access to the same things whites have had access to. This now leads to unfortunately uneducated groups in their communities, But it's not their fault.
