This morning we gathered in front of @MiamiBeachPD Headquarters to formally honor the Miami Beach police officers who have made the ultimate sacrifice and lost their lives in the line of duty. We are forever grateful for their bravery.
Today I had the honor of welcoming the incredible women to @MiamiBeachPDโs Women in Blue Symposium for aspiring female law enforcement professionals.
MBPD already has amazing ladies serving our community, and we are excited to recruit new officers and staff to join the team.
Thank you to our Environment & Sustainabilty department, @MBBGarden and the Miami Beach Garden Club for hosting a beautiful celebration in honor of Arbor Day. Today serves as a reminder of the importance of working with our community to continue growing our cityโs tree canopy.
It was a joy to host dozens of our employeesโ children, including my own, for Take Your Child To Work Day! The kids spent the day at City Hall for some fun activities organized by our HR and Parks departments and watched demonstrations from @MiamiBeachFire and @MiamiBeachPD.
