South College Avenue will be closed between 10th Street and Whitman Drive on Thursday December 4th, 2025 from 5:15PM to 7PM for the 2025 Winter Fest Light Up The Avenue Parade.

Leaf pick up begins 11/10/2025!

-Pile loose leaves in the street 6" from gutter
-Park vehicles at least 10ft from piles
-No leaves in lanes of travel
-Don't block storm drains
-Leaves need to be free of other debris and not bagged.
