“I am coming to win!” GOATedScott declared—and he backed it up! After losing his opening match to Jake, he bounced back to claim the victory. Could this be the season the reigning champion loses his crown? We’ll find out in the coming weeks ;)

Our final event in Hamrun has come and gone, closing a chapter that means so much to us.

Thanks to Level Academy, this was where we found our feet again and returned to organising events. It was where Tekken City Malta evolved into City of Fighters, welcoming all fighting games, and where we connected with incredible communities from Smash Bros., Mortal Kombat, Street Fighter, 2XKO and Guilty Gear.

Together, we transformed a large room into an Esports Arena. It’s only natural to feel a little nostalgic.

BUT…

Throughout our time here, we turned challenges into opportunities. Whatever came our way, we faced it together and came out stronger.

This next chapter will be no different.

We’re not just moving. We’re evolving.

What a treat! We got a flashback to the Journey to Olympus Main Event Grand Final!

ABZ was down to his last pixel, and Kaneo looked to have it in the bag—but…

The Overall Top 8 has already seen quite a shake-up! Local players are climbing the leaderboard, with Lyonidas leading the charge.

The next qualifier will likely break more ties and see locals climb even higher. But one big question remains: who will secure the final eight spots at the TRIALS Main Event?

Will the current top two, @TK_ILIAS and @TheLyonidas , hold on to their qualifying spots once all the qualifiers are done and dusted?

VBD is back! Unsurprisingly, they secured a Top 8 finish, proving they’re still a force to be reckoned with. Lyonidas, however, came in locked and loaded, winning last Friday’s Trials Qualifier and earning a solid points boost in the process.

Thank you to everyone who attended, and special congratulations to our Top 8 finishers!

Honoured to have served our country, our Tekken community, and the Europe 1 region with FIGHTING FORTRESS, a Dojo Tier 3 event.

We truly hope everyone enjoyed the experience as much as we did. It took an incredible amount of hard work to bring it all together, but in the end, every effort was worth it.

The concept of FIGHTING FORTRESS was formed two years ago and last Saturday, it finally became a reality. It truly feels surreal.

Our community is now achieving success not only locally, but across the continent—and with our special announcement, perhaps we can reach even further.

Thank you to everyone who believed in the vision, supported us, competed, attended, and helped make FIGHTING FORTRESS a reality.
