Thank you to Mayor Hunter Larkin for throwing out the First Pitch Last Night for the 2021 Summerball Showdown at the @GenesisSportsKS Ball Fields in Goddard! Make sure to visit the tournament through Sunday (8/8/21).
Thank you to Boy Scout Christian Zimmerman and his wonderful Family for helping paint our Community Center for his Eagle Scout Project! We also appreciate the support from our Public Works Crew in the City Bucket Truck and CCM Countertop for donating a power lift for use!
This will result in direct savings on Utility Bills for our Neighbors, who are customers and residents of Goddard! As growth continues, expect rates to continue to decrease in the future. Thanks to the community for your input and support of City Staff and the Governing Body!
At the City Council Meeting last night, the Governing Body approved a resolution to refinance the bonds for our Wastewater Treatment Facility. This is a result of current low interest rates and recent approval from the State to adjust our loan structure.
