KCC1, KCC2 and KCC20 are now Final. devs have shared conventions for how covenants, permissions and fungible tokens work together, ready for wallets and apps to adopt.

@OriNewman proposed a wallet convention that keeps public keys hidden until funds are spent, reducing their exposure to future quantum attackers. originally KIP22, it’s now under review as a KCC. spending still reveals the key.

@WellerOlaf shared a private-payment experiment on testnet, followed by a recovery test. wallets were restored and the full test balance withdrawn with the original app controller disabled. the rest of the test infrastructure stayed available. still experimental.

Kaspa Developer Completes Key Step Toward Private KAS Payments

Kaspa (@kaspaunchained) Privacy Initiative developer Olaf Weller (@WellerOlaf) says a proof of concept for shielded native $KAS has been completed on testnet TN10.

The tests demonstrated transaction ordering, zero knowledge proof execution, and proof based settlement on Kaspa Layer 1.

Next, developers plan to design private notes, commitments, nullifiers, and the zero knowledge proof rules for shielded payments.

Weller stressed that the system has not been independently audited and is not yet a finished privacy protocol.

• @CertiK independently verified Sui's Basecamp live record of 40,682,328 peak TPS, with every tunnel opened and settled onchain.

• @CMEGroup's Q3 Crypto catch-up is out. The $SUI futures suite traded $253.5M in notional volume for the quarter, and SUI now sits in the CME CF Emerging Crypto Index alongside the nine other largest assets outside bitcoin and ether.
