From February till today, no LPG cylinder due to transfer issue. Multiple rounds to agency, unnecessary delays, forced purchase of pipe/lighter, and extra charges despite customer care saying it’s not mandatory. Still work incomplete. Strict action needed.

A young woman recently shared a deeply concerning experience. She said that due to loneliness, she started following certain Instagram accounts that use AI-generated profile pictures often portraying a Hindu priest-like man and a Muslim woman.

Over time, she got into conversations with one such account, which eventually led to private interactions, including nude video calls. Now, she is being blackmailed, with threats that her recordings will be sent to people in her follower list.

We advised her to seek help from cybercrime authorities and file a complaint at the nearest women’s police station. She has since deleted her Instagram account and assured that she will pursue legal action.

But this issue doesn’t end here.

Team Rising Falcon has reported more than 50 such accounts for suspected scamming, fraud, and exploitation. However, due to weak moderation policies, many of these reports have been wrongly rejected by Instagram.

We urge @GoI_MeitY to take this matter seriously and issue strict guidelines to Instagram to remove such harmful accounts and strengthen user safety mechanisms.

We also request authorities to support investigation and take strict action against those running such blackmail and exploitation networks.

इलाहाबाद हाई कोर्ट में मुजफ्फरनगर के रहने वाले अहसान अली ने एक रिट दाखिल की है. अपनी जमीन पर वो एक मस्जिद बना रहे थे, जिसे प्रशासन ने ये कहते हुए सील कर दिया कि इसे बनाने की परमिशन नहीं ली गई थी. अली का आरोप है कि प्रॉपर्टी सील करने से पहले प्रशासन ने न तो उन्हें कोई नोटिस दिया और न ही उनका पक्ष सुना.

जस्टिस अतुल श्रीधरन और जस्टिस सिद्धार्थ नंदन की बेंच ने इसी मामले पर सुनवाई करते हुए राज्य सरकार से ये साफ करने को कहा कि किस कानूनी अधिकार के तहत उसने एक पूजा करने वाली जगह को सील किया है? बेंच ने प्रदेश की योगी आदित्यनाथ सरकार से तीन सवाल किए हैं.

आज लगभग बजे मौलाना अब्दुल्लाह सलीम क़ासमी को जिला पूर्णिया के दलमालपुर क्षेत्र में सिविल ड्रेस में मौजूद अज्ञात लोगों द्वारा बंदूक की नोक पर उठा लिया गया। यह घटना बेहद चिंताजनक है और कानून-व्यवस्था पर गंभीर सवाल खड़े करती है। अब तक अगवा करने वालों की पहचान नहीं हो पाई है।

दरअसल, मामला उत्तर प्रदेश के मुख्यमंत्री योगी आदित्यनाथ की मां को लेकर दिए गए बयान से जुड़ा बताया जा रहा है, जिसके बाद से मौलाना अब्दुल्लाह सलीम क़ासमी की मुश्किलें लगातार बढ़ती जा रही हैं। उनके खिलाफ उत्तर प्रदेश के 84 थानों में एफआईआर दर्ज की गई है और कई जगहों पर विरोध-प्रदर्शन भी हुए हैं। साथ ही प्रशासन को चेतावनी दी गई है कि यदि जल्द कार्रवाई नहीं हुई तो बड़े स्तर पर आंदोलन किया जाएगा।

ऐसे में यह भी संभावना जताई जा रही है कि इस मामले को लेकर पुलिस ने सिविल ड्रेस में उनकी गिरफ्तारी की हो, हालांकि इसकी आधिकारिक पुष्टि अब तक नहीं हो सकी है और स्थिति पूरी तरह अस्पष्ट बनी हुई है। ऐसे समय में जरूरी है कि सच्चाई सामने आए और कानून निष्पक्ष रूप से अपना काम करे।
