Not a good place to be. During this phase the stress has been bee persistent for too long, and we have not cultivated the right environment for our body to recover.

The WTF! moment has now passed. The body initially becomes weaker, as it gets to work repairing, and fortifying itself.
At this stage you will see a slight depression in performance.
This is natural.
The duration of this depression is dependent on your ability to recover.
