@mboyle1959 @FITCoachJamieD How strong should the bands be? Of they're not reducing eccentric, then they must be relatively light I'm guessing.
Not used these as they simply don't fit the area I have, but I'd be interested in using them if they're that useful

@BrendanDWillis Check out Hurling, an Irish sport full of incredible hand eye coordination, sprints and impacts.
But for high levels of strength, mobility, conditioning and skill, I don't think you can top the combat sports, especially wrestling and MMA
