@TIIM @Lezolas @SofiePraktijk Ik heb het effe nagevraagd, en je kan op https://t.co/qTamxg0o7y naar 'ik zoek hulp' naar therapeuten zoeken (counselors is iets anders). Die hebben allemaal minstens een erkende vierjarige opleiding relatietherapie gehad, plus vaak een specialisatie.

UChicago research finds employees value working from home like a 15% salary increase. The genie will not go back into the bottle soon. Engagement in environmental practices is valued similar to a private pension plan, or 7% salary increase. A triple bottom line win for grabs.

New research from University of Chicago randomized job attributes – including salary – for 1200 on-line applicants in Brazil. They use the number of applications per job-posting to calculate the implied valuation employees placed on these attributes. For example, if 10% higher salary generates as many job applications as WFH, this would be valued at +10% of salary.

They found work from home was the single most valuable attribute they considered, worth the same as +15% more salary. This was more valuable to job-seekers than a private pension (worth +8%), meal allowance (worth +8%), dental assistance (worth +7%) or an in-office gym (worth +6%).

This valuation may be high as WFH is less common in Brazil. But the same logic provides a strong incentive for firms in regions where WFH is less common - like Asia, South America and Africa - to offer this to attract top employees.
