hey y’all, little update:
i’ve been hitting the gym regularly and upping my intake steadily. i feel sm better. i’ve gained most of my weight back but it’s mainly muscle mass + water retention from working out. i look good - not sick, but toned. and i dont feel tired all the time!
been going to the gym every damn day since the beginning of 2025, doing both cardio and weights, burning between 300 and 600 cals daily and eating at least 100g of protein. if i keep this up i will be a transformed person by april.
