Be kind. Say thank you. Hold the door open. Compliment as many people as you can. Point out the good and be the good. Treat others the way you want to be treated. Love, serve and care. The world needs more of this today!
When creating new routines, start small -- Changing up your day-to-day routine all at once probably won’t end up with lasting results. Pick one small thing each week to work on. It could be adding something new and positive, or cutting out a bad habit. Small changes add up.

Treat people right. Appreciate them, encourage them, support them and make them feel like they matter (because they do). Do this at home, at work, at school, at the store, etc. Do this with people you know and people you don't. Try your best every day to make someone else's day.
